1. When will my order ship?
Your order will sent to the email you have entered at the checkout instantly. If you have not received your order please check your spam / junk folder.
2. Who can buy product?
Anyone! 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
3. It says Digital? what will I receive?
You will receive a digital file direct to you email. If you purchase a digital product, no physical product will be received. You can then view on a digital device or print at home.
4. Do I need any special programs to view on a digital device?
If you buy an Excel item you will need to have Excel to view and use. PDF and images can be viewed on all devices. If you want to print them off you will need a printer. This is mine - highly recommended - View my printer here
5. Do you offer refunds?
Digital downloads are non-refundable. If you have any issues opening or downloading your digital purchase please contact us. We're always happy to help.
